Are your products all here in New Zealand?
Yes - all our products are in our warehouse here in Auckland so we ship directly from us to you.

How safe are your products?
Our Branded products from Emojibator, are high-quality, non-toxic, free-phthalate, and odourless products. They primarily use high-quality medical-grade silicone that's safe for bodily insertion and made to the highest quality standards. Some vibrators are listed as body-grade silicone, and while often safe to use inside your body, they have not been tested for as rigorous standards.

Are your vibrators really waterproof?
Yes, all of our vibrator products are either waterproof or water-resistant to ensure you can safely use Emojibator vibrators wherever you please.

Do you ship our orders discreetly?
Absolutely we do. Ensuring you feel super comfortable at every step is our sole purpose at Happy Pink Taco. We’re here to share great vibes always so making sure your goodies get to you without no one knowing is key. It's all 'secret Squirrel' here. So, our packaging on the outside will be in plain courier packaging with the name: Party At Yours Ltd. Inside, the space is all ours to shine!!

Please note that for international orders, we are required to include an external packing list on your package, so "personal massager" may be listed clearly on your delivery for your country's shipping customs.

What countries do you ship too?
At this stage we ship to New Zealand, Australia and the United States.

How do Happy Pink Taco purchases appear on my credit card statement? 
All purchases made from Happy Pink Taco store front will appear with the company name of Party At Yours Ltd on your credit card or Debit card statement.

How long does it take for my orders to arrive?
For us we love to get your goodies to you as quickly as possibly. We aim to dispatch your goodies within 24hrs of purchase.

Does Happy Pink Taco accept returns?
If your goodies are unopened, you may return to us within 30 days of purchase date for a refund in the form of store credit or a refund. Due to the sanitary nature of these products, we cannot accept returns for opened products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to is unless our team has created a return label for you.

If the fault is ours and a return is due to damage or defective stock, then the costs of the return is on us. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I return an unopened product? 
Yes you can although any return postage must be paid for by the customer. Please email our team at hello@happypinktaco.com to begin the return process.

Is my Vibrator under warranty?  
Yes, we will replace your vibrator for up to one year from your original purchase. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorised repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

My Vibrator arrived but does not work. What do I do?
If a product is defective or damaged in transit, please email our team to file a claim and receive a refund or replacement product.

My Vibrator was working but now is not. What do I do? 
The most common cause of vibrator malfunction is due to the plastic insulation sleeve being improperly inserted, damaged, or removed. The sleeve should remain inserted at all times and should sit 90 degrees from the copper coil. If you purchased your product less than one year ago, you may still be under warranty.
