We’re Tiffany (52) and Tammy (35), two sisters who believe every woman deserves to own her ‘me’ time. Allowing space to embrace and indulge in those important self-love rituals that leave you feeling sexy, powerful and unstoppable. 

We know life is busy.

Tiffany’s navigating the rollercoaster of being a businesswoman and dealing with the wild ride of menopause. She knows how hard it is when her libido decides to take an extended vacation—no postcard, no warning.

Tammy’s in the thick of mum life, juggling two young kids, and finding a minute of ‘me time’ feels like hunting for unicorns—rare, magical, and totally mythical.

What has become increasingly relevant to us both is the belief that self-care, self-love isn’t just nice to have — it’s a ‘you can’t do without it’. It doesn’t matter how chaotic life gets; you owe it to yourself to make yourself a priority. 

We’re not just two women talking about this — we’re two women living this. Our age gap gives us a unique perspective, and allows us the space to speak to women in all stages of this beautiful life. 

So we’re here to shake things up and get the conversation rolling in a new direction. 

While mental wellness, body pampering, and spiritual care get all the love, one vital piece of wellness often gets overlooked: Sexual Wellness. Self-Pleasure is a key part of the well-being puzzle, and we’re here to bring it to the forefront—unapologetically. 

We're here to encourage women to be playful, own your pleasure, embrace your desires, discover new ones and do it all with fun, laughter and lots of play in mind. That's a big 'tipping of the hat' to play! Most importantly, don't take yourself so seriously. It’s been more than time enough to shake off the taboos of the past and embrace self-pleasure like it's a new Gucci jacket.

Those Self-love cosy rituals are different for all of us and so dependent on our mood, time and energy right down to the hour and minute. Whether it be soaking in a delicious bath with dreamy scented candles, a glass of wine and good book or leaning into a more playful tune and exploring the 10 vibration modes on your new wand vibrator, be fierce with what feels good for you and find that playful spirit that keeps us young and curious.
