Refund policy
If your goodies are unopened, you may return to us within 30 days of purchase date for a refund in the form of store credit or a refund. Due to the sanitary nature of these products, we cannot accept returns for opened products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us unless our team has created a return label for you.
If the fault is ours and a return is due to damage or defective stock, then the costs of the return is on us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm your refunds acceptance. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The timeframe of this return depends on your individual bank.
