Faulty Products
If something isn't working, check the basics first — fresh batteries, correct insertion, and remove any battery tab before use. For rechargeable products, ensure the USB magnetic connection is correctly aligned, as an improper connection will affect charging.

Still not right? Contact us within 7 days with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible. Once received, the product will be inspected to verify the defect. If confirmed, a replacement will be arranged. We'll determine whether a return courier bag is needed before sending out your replacement. If the same item is unavailable, we'll issue you a store credit to use towards a new purchase. Please note, returned products are never on-sold — they are always returned to the manufacturer for fault analysis and replacement.
